SignalFoundry is operated by B2 Stealthy Solutions. Polar is the merchant of record for paid plans. Card data is collected and stored by Polar, not by this site.

What this site processes

• Brief fields you submit to /api/ideas (domain, geography, strengths, constraints).
• Technical logs (IP used only for a short in-memory rate limit).
• Optional Polar checkout metadata (plan name) after you start a purchase.

What we do not do

• No sale of personal data.
• No scraping of personal inboxes for outreach.
• No storage of payment card numbers on our servers.

Polar's own privacy terms apply to checkout: polar.sh/legal/privacy.
