These terms govern access to B2 Stealthy Solutions and its product discovery tools. The service is provided as-is; outputs are suggestions, not guarantees or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, complying with applicable law, and securing any permissions required for your work.
Privacy Notice
We process the brief you submit (domain, geography, strengths, constraints) and the public evidence we fetch to generate a result. Email us at b2stealthysolutions@gmail.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion. If you buy a product, payment is arranged over email until card checkout is live. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data in prompts.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful targeting, privacy invasion, credential theft, malware, security abuse, infringement, discrimination, regulated high-impact decisions, or unauthorized outreach. We may suspend activity that creates risk or violates law or platform rules.
Intellectual Property
B2 Stealthy Solutions owns its software, branding, documentation, and service materials. You retain rights in material you submit and may use generated work product subject to third-party rights, source licenses, and applicable law. You grant only the limited license needed to operate the service. Report infringement to the contact below.
AI and Evidence Disclaimer
Live evidence can be incomplete, stale, biased, or wrong. Citations do not constitute endorsement. Verify facts, permissions, feasibility, security, legal requirements, taxes, accessibility, and market demand before acting. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, compliance, or other professional advice.
Campaigns and Consent
You are solely responsible for recipient consent, lawful basis, unsubscribe handling, disclosures, targeting, suppression lists, frequency limits, platform policies, and applicable anti-spam and privacy laws. Never launch a campaign without an authorized review and a valid audience.
Billing, Renewals, and Refunds
Paid SignalFoundry plans are currently sold by email at the listed prices (Founder $29/month, Studio $79/month). Refunds: email us within 14 days and we will make it right. We do not store card numbers on this site.
Security and Responsible Disclosure
No system is guaranteed secure. Do not submit secrets in prompts. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to b2stealthysolutions@gmail.com. Include reproduction steps and avoid accessing or changing other users’ data.
